Hello to all,
I have already scanned the forum, and I'm aware you receive quite the flood of these posts. The unfortunate part is I haven't been able to solve my problem through any of the means suggested. I found a tip involving %windir%\system32 but every time I type input it into the address bar it takes me on a google search, which is not quite what I'm looking for. While I'm aware this problem involves my internet browser rather than the ACTUAL problem, I'd still appreciate any and all help.
Thank you,
Devon.
--EDIT--
Just for the sake of doing so I'll post the diagnostics info as well.

Hello dblackburn,
First off, I assume you are using Firefox or some browser other then Internet Explorer. I don't know why, but those browsers do not have the functionality to allow a user to navigate thru Windows like Internet Explorer does. To get around this limitation, the only workaround I have found is to login to Safe Mode and (temporarily) set Internet Explorer as the default browser. Once in Safe Mode, open Internet Explorer, click the Tools dropdown menue and select Internet Options. In the Internet Option window, click the Programs tab. There will be an option to set Internet Explorer as Default.
As to your issue, it appears that Vista's Licensing Store may be corrupt or it's data may be messed up in some way. Please try the below steps to recreate the Store
1) Open an Internet Browser window.
2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar. (May not work in Firefox and some other browsers)
3) Find the file CMD.exe
4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
9) Type: net start slsvc
10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
11) Restart your computer twice.
12) You may be required to enter the Product Key and/or Activate.Thank you,
