Can't get site indexed RRS feed

    For several months I have been trying to get 360wichita.com back on Live. Zero luck. I'm not exactly sure why we fell off in the first place, nor have I been able to determine if the site is for some reason "blacklisted". Anyone have suggestions on how to get back on? Or what we may be doing "wrong". I have resubmitted several times, removed some 302 redirects, a few other tweaks, but nothing. It's particularly confusing because 360kc.com, which uses the same system just differnt content is indexed.

    Have you signed into the Webmaster tools and submitted a sitemap?

    I have recently signed up of webmaster tools. The META code has been on the site for a week, but no data is available yet. Site map will be next, but I'm not sure what good it will do. MSNBot hits the site every month, but site:www.360wichita.com shows zero results. Is there a way to tell if the site has infact been blacklisted?
