Cancel from the UK

Question
-
So I managed to send of a cancellation after hours of searching the billing.microsoft.com site, and eventually landing on the live site.
(Please update the Billing Help Page (Contact Customer Support) to include OneCare links).
I had a confirmation email saying I would be contacted by someone. 12 Days later no contact and the billing site still lists my account as active and these are the people going to take my money !
I went to the get more help option and selected existing query and there is no email contact just a phone number, an American phone number, in a format I know wont work if I dial it as is, plus I only have a mobile so even a free call to the states is going to cost me a fortune.
Please how do I in the UK contact the support people to get it removed from billing. Having a confirmation number.

Send me an email - sboots@mvps.org with OneCare in the subject line and this link - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2727739&SiteID=2 in the message body and I'll send you in the right direction.

There is no way to cancel a OneCare account as link from http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-gb/support/default.htm does not load.
There appears to be no other way to cancel an account. No email address, nothing. I am extremely annoyed as my account is due to auto-renew and according to other posts this has been an ongoing problem for some time.Monday, February 2, 2009 1:31 PM -
As per my above reply:
