How to turn a general discussion into a sticky topic?

Question

Hi all,
A couple of months ago, I posted the correct forum after lots of folks in the Directory services forum had been mistakenly posting ADFS development questions there and getting no responses because the right forum for those is over on MSDN and not here. I had requested that it be made a sticky topic by a moderator, seeing that I'm just a helpful community member (or I try to be anyway), and I don't think that as only a member, I have the power to do that. Or do I? So as a result of this discussion being seemingly lost in the shuffle, what do I do about having it always show so that those wondering about ADFS development can see that this is the wrong place? Thanks. It hasn't happened in a while though, for I've been looking out for those folks who have an inkling to post those kinds of questions in directory services. Thanks a lot, guys.

This is something a moderator can do. Can you post the link to the thread again and someone can assist you?
