I'm unable to edit your post again. I think I know the problem here and going back to Hans, this is probably a regression from previous release bug.
I'll let my team know about this bug .
For now, the work-around is to:
1) Edit your post
2) Copy and Paste your content to notepad
3) Delete your contents
4) Paste the text "without" the xml blob
5) Click on the "Insert Code Block" feature of the control. I.E. Tag icon in the editor control
6) Paste the XML blob (or make your changes), select XML format then insert
7) Click submit.
Thanks.

Hi,
What you're getting is a correct validation. I just checked the total characters of your post in "raw" text format (which includes all HTML and Styling tags) the total number does come up as:
13,445 (No Spaces)
14,026 (With Spaces)
You can check this by clicking "Edit" again on your post, click on the "HTML" button on the control. Copy and Paste the contents to notepad or something that you prefer to check the total count.
Thanks.
