Activation not working RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I installed Service Pack 1, and when I restarted, it said I needed to activate windows:

-The sticker on the bottom of my computer came back as invalid

-Tried calling, the person gave me a new code that also didnt work

-Now when I enter my number, it says activation finished, but then I STILL cant log in! it just keeps saying I need to activate!

-I run diagnostics and it confirms I have windows genuine.

What am I doing wrong?? this is a brand new computer!

    thanks,
