  • Hi,

You could use a template when creating a quick campaign (at the very top of the 'Specify the Content of the Activity' page) and this would allow you to send attachments.

  • Hi,

I can't comment on if the attachments sub-grid is correctly disabled or not but I can confirm if you select a template that has an attachment, then an attachment will be sent with your quick campaign generated emails. The only explanation I can think of why the attachment sub-grid is disabled is because at the point of composing your quick campaign message, no email record exists in the system (similar to when you create an email template, you may only attach files if you have saved the template).

If you disagree with the way this works, you could try suggesting your proposed change at http://connect.microsoft.com/

  • The feature is currently not available.  Leveraging the template option will provide the ability to leverage an attachment in a quick campaign

  • Thanks Rob, but it's the same. Template or not template, this area is still inactive... and I like the attachment function in both ways....
