Hi all,
I have questions regarding the CRM "Disable" function when adding users & would appreciate if you could help me.
Let's say I have 50 CALs for CRM 4.0 & it's all used up already (50 enabled users).
- If I disable 1 of the 50 users (example: John Doe), will I have 1 unused CAL (since I have 49 enabled users only)?
- Can I add another user (example: Jane Doe) to CRM by using this CAL? Can I later disable Jane Doe & enable back John Doe?
- Can I do this more than once?
- Is it true that disabling users via "Disable" function will free up CALs? Are there any MS documents regarding this matter?
