SP3 for AMD Athlon

I just tried to install Sp3 and figured out that i can't because i have a non-intel based computer. So is there any version of SP3 for an AMD Athlon64 Processor? Or, since i'm trying to install zune software, is there any way i can install the zune software without updating to Sp3
