Email reply doesn't work when email message have other language characters RRS feed

  • My client is receiving emails with chinese or korean characters in the email message or embedded in the email message. When they click reply button in CRM, the message screen didn't allow the user to edit the message. The cursor is not present in the message area.

    Is anyone experience similar scenario? Is there any suggestion on how I can resolve this?
