OneCare won't launch

  Windows OneCare is in red - I double click it - it says

   

  An exception of 'System.TypeException' has occurred in WinSSUI.exe

  However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception.  Unable to JIT debug.

   

  Hey - I'm not going to debug the IL anyway, so I click ok.

   

  JIT Debugging failed with the following error: Unspecified error

  Please check the documentation topic 'Just-in-time debugging errors' for more information.

   

  And where would that be? How about a hot link to the URL or the CHM file?

   

  I've uninstalled with the removal tool and reinstalled - this appears to not be going away and I'm about to give up - this is about the 3rd time OneCare has completely blown up on me.
