  I think it is better to change the following of ActiveSync

   

  1. Allow uses to choose whether user need to perform Synchronization.

   

  2. Allow user to choose the following BEFORE perform Synchronization. 

   

  a) how to deal with the conflict information

  b) Synchornize with specific PST file in Outlook so that user can handle more than one phone in one computer.

  c) Allow using the phone as card reader.

  d) Choose use PC information to replace the phone or information of phone to replace the PC informaiton.
