Installed OEM genuine win 7 pro 64 bit in home built PC in 2012. Can't find it anywhere in remodeling house mess! Thinking of doing a clean install IF I can get product key. Any way to find what mine is on my PC?Monday, March 28, 2016 9:27 PM

You can find your Product Key using ProduKey (assuming you can access the registry of the PC in question) - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/product_cd_key_viewer.html
The trick then is to get a valid copy of the software ;)

Since Microsoft does not replace OEM software media, you can purchase genuine Windows 7 here.

Having said OEM, it was on a CD. My son had some licenses (in 2011 actually).
Product key is not the problem; I assume I need the CD license key?- Edited by coca12 Tuesday, March 29, 2016 9:32 PM

The Product Key is NOT on the CD- although it is on the COA sticker that should have been attached to the computer's case on installation (and is included in the packaging)
