opening Windows live Messenger and getting a spyware cookie

  When i open Windows live messenger AVG free detects the spyware cookie atdmt[1].txt and SpyHunter also finds the cookie and atdmt.combing[2].txt spyware cookie after a scan. These cookies appear after i remove them and and open Widows live messenger. How do i get rid of them while keeping widows live messenger?
