Reprocess emails removed from Sink mailbox RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have the email router set up with a queue in CRM. Emails come into the mailbox and then are forwarded as an attachment into the sink mailbox where they are processed and promoted to CRM.

    We had an issue with the sink mailbox where I removed a number of the emails from it. We have fixed the mailbox however how can we reprocessed the emails which we removed. I have tried to drop them back into the sink mailbox however the issue still remains.

  • Try restarting the email router service.  This may help.

  • If I drop the emails from undelivered back into the main sink mailbox, will the router process them?
