CRM updating

Question
-
I am pretty new to CRM, and am looking to install the UR12. I am looking at the list of files and am very confused about what files I need to download and install on my server, since they are so clearly named/labeled. Anyone have any insight as to what files I need for the UR12?

Main CRM Server update (installed on the main CRM server) - CRM2011-Server-KB2795627-v2-ENU-amd64.exe
Email Router (if you are using this - it gets installed on that server) - CRM2011-Router-KB2795627-v2-ENU-XXXX.exe (32 or 64 server type)
BIDS Component (if you have the SQL Report Tools installed - it gets installed on that machine) - CRM2011-Bids-KB2795627-v2-ENU-i386.exe
Client update (if you have the CRM Outlook clients deployed - gets installed on each user's machine) - CRM2011-Client-KB2795627-v2-ENU-XXXX.exe (32 or 64 server type)
Language pack updates (if you have additional language packs installed - installed on the main CRM server) CRM2011-Mui-KB2795627-v2-ENU-XXX.exe (32 or 64 server type)
SRS Connector (installed on the CRM SQL Server) - CRM2011-Srs-KB2795627-v2-ENU-amd64.exe
Optional tools - CRM2011-Tools-KB2795627-v2-ENU-amd64.exe
If you aren't using language packs, don't worry about that, if you are't using the email router, skip that, if you are writing custom reports, you can skip that one.
Worry about the Server, Client, & SRS Connector updates

Hi Jason,
is it necessary to install "Client update (if you have the CRM Outlook clients deployed - gets installed on each user's machine) - CRM2011-Client-KB2795627-v2-ENU-XXXX.exe (32 or 64 server type)" with Dynamics CRM Online Polaris ?
Thanks Philippe
