Error on gtDate32.ocx , gtnum.ocx on Windows 10 RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Under windows 10, we have an issue that our program crashes on Windows 10 environment(Pro, Home environment).
This program was developed under VB6. It occurs with gtDate32.ocx, gtnum.ocx components. However, it doesn't occur 100%, it occurs quite randomly.

Awkwardly, our program doesn't crash on all windows 10 environment, but only crashes on 1 PC, out of 3 PCs. All 3PCs were bought at the same time, from same company.

We tried almost everything. Window Re-setup, Program Re-setup, run with Authorized user, compatibility check(window 7 mode, windows 8 mode)

This program was developed far long ago, but we've been going through maintenance since then.
All .OCX files were registered on windows registry as well.

Please find below attached Error info.
We do really need your help on this. Thanks.
