  • Hi,

    I read "Upade Rollup 10 from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available" on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979347 and I see:

    Hotfixes and updates that you have to enable or configure manually

    and for example 981053   (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981053/ ) A workflow that contains a step to send an e-mail can cause a deadlock when many instances of the workflow execute at the same time in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

    So I go http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981053/ to read what I have to do, and I see: Note This problem was originally fixed in Update Rollup 10 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.


    My question is:

    Do I have to manually configure anything or just install rollup 10?????

  • You´ll have to manually activate the fix which is in UR10. So in your case you´ll have to set the registry key.
