Insufficient Permissions Sending Email RRS feed

  • Logged in as a user in CRM with a valid email address. When attempting to send an email occassionally receive the 'insufficient ' permissions error . Log shows user is missing prvShareActivity privileges which is true when I look at the user's security role.

    However I don't always receive this error and most of the time have not had an issue using the same user. Is there an additional layer of privilege or something I'm not seeing that could cause this?

  • Check if that security role is having prvShareActivity privilege , if not assign prvShareActivity privilege to that security role

    If you have any attachments, sometimes it might cause issues because of invalid type of attachment or file size limit.
