Hi Everyone,
I am looking at some strange behavior on the queue item view in CRM. When I select the default 'Queues I'm a member of' view, I only see the items assigned to my personal queue. However, if I change to all queues I can see there are other items assigned
to queues I'm a member of. Any ideas what might cause this? I verified multiple times that I am a member of those teams, so the items should show up in the default view but they don't.
