Add Pins to Streets & Trips

Question
-
When I find a new location by putting in the address, it won't allow me to put a pushpin there. It gives the following message and shuts down Streets and trips. I have gone in and allocated more memory, but it does not help.
"this application is unable to continue running. The problem may be a result of low system resources such as memory or disk space. Try closing down other applications, increasing the amount of file space on the disk drive that contains Windows, or adding more memory. Then restart your computer and this application."
Becasuse Streets and trips does not work with Windows 7, I have set up Windows XP Mode - Windows Virtual PC. The program has worked fine over the past 3 months, but now it won't let me add any new addresses.
Please Help

Sounds like you might be running with a very old version of Streets & Trips? Recent versions do work with Windows 7.
As for the error that you are seeing: This could be due to your Virtual PC settings. Start by giving it more disk and memory.

Hi Joe,
now it won't let me add any new addresses
Are you trying to add new addresses to a previously saved file? If yes, the file might have been corrupted.
Also, when you say it won't let you add new addresses, are you saying you are unable to add "pushpins"?
The following are two discussions that may relate to your issue. See if you can find a solution there, too:

Thanks for the help. I had to start a new map and copied my push pins from the old one to the new one. On my original map I had changed the color of the push pins to represent different regions, but when I copied them into the new map, they are all the defalt red push pin. Do you know how I can copy them so the colors of the push pins carries over to the new map?

I am actually running 2010 version and I had gone in and upped the memory from 520 to 800. It appears that it is corrupt so I started a new map and copied everything over to it and it appears to be working fine now.
Thanks,
Joe
