My laptop product key is incorrect RRS feed

    I have nearly had my laptop for nearly a year now its a toshiba and when i got it the microsoft stuff was already installed but when i inserted the product key is said it was incorrect. So i kept on trying it and then left it and over the year i kept on trying it but still it said it was wrong. So i went on to the website www.microsoft.com/piracy/howtotell/ , to see if its genuine but when i did none of the stickers shown looked like the one i have. so i followed the instructions. On my sticker it didn't have the bit above the product key. PLease please help.

    Once you run the tool, click on the Continue button, then click on the Copy button and paste the report into your post, along with your question.
