Hi Raulmon,
Both products are very new (CRM 2011 and Lync Server) however it was possible to connect CRM 4.0 and OCS 2007 by Microsoft Agent
I believe that in the some future Microsoft will launch new Agent for CRM 2011 and Lync but when it's hard to say.

It's definitely possible. Here is one company selling an integration product.
Customer Effective is also all over Office 365 (including Lync) integration with CRM 2011. They suggest it's also doable. I don't know how much will happen out of the box though.

To integrate your Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Lync, I suggest you to use CTI for MS-CRM Integration.
It supports various version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
About VoIP, this application is compatible with TAPI 2.1/3.0 and in your case Microsoft Lync. It can be integrated with Lync 2010 client and Lync Online LiveID and Office 365.
You can also find a lot of information on the official website www.lambertconsulting.ch/.../CTI_for_MS-CRM_Integration or on this You Tube channel ctiformscrm
A trial version of the tool can be downloaded there: www.lambertconsulting.ch/.../Download.aspx.
