I have a Client with SBS 2003, with up to date patches, etc.
He is using Outlook 2010 and set up an Auto-reply for a particular User to be sent from the Exchange Server.
The Workstation is Windows 7 and all Updates have been applied.
If the User receives an email from an Internal User, including an email to the Users SMTP Address, the Auto-Reply works.
If the email comes from outside the organisation, e.g. a Hotmail Address, of a Client email Address. The Auto Reply fails to work.
Any help would be appreciated, I have Trawled through other posts, and can find nothing similar.
