I keep getting an unexpected error, the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue.

  Hi,

  I just received a phone call from someone at Microsoft at approximately one and a half hours ago about trouble shooting error messages.  

   

  I've tried to Click on the individual ones that are trouble shooting (about 8 or 9), but only one was fixed.  All the rest I get a message saying "An error occurred while troubleshooting: An unexpected error occurred, the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue.
