asp.net website does not work after saved

  i am a beginner level developer. i have built asp.net website in visual basic for practice several times. every time i make the website then it works as usual. but when i close visual studio saving the work, it goes out of order. it can not debug. debug option disabled. i saved the worked in every option. please help me.
