    My Children have notebooks with Window 7 starter. However, they have clicked on window anytime upgrade and enter my upgrade window 7 activation code which has been used on my laptop and managed to upgrade to the full version.  But now one of the notebooks is asking for a different activation number. How can I restore their windows 7 starter platform.

    The User's Guide or the support website of the manufacturer of your notebook PC should have instructions on how to perform a Windows system recovery/reinstallation.
