Error unable to access files on live desktop RRS feed

    I log into mesh via the Internet, select the live desktop and click on a file to open or save and get the same error message

    "Internet Explorer cannot download 3GPYHOTRNX3A5CLXYZ4ISBJAY from enclosure.mesh-dll.com

    Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site;  The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later"

    I have tried at different times and different computers with the same message, any ideas?

    Since it is happening on multiple PCs using your account to the Live Desktop, I suspect that there is a problem with the Live Desktop and your files. I can't offer any suggestions at this point other than to submit a bug report and await some further instructions from the the Live Mesh team here or via your bug report.

    Since it is happening on multiple PCs using your account to the Live Desktop, I suspect that there is a problem with the Live Desktop and your files.     Thanks Steve,

    I have tried it on a differnet PC this morning and it has allowed me to access the files.  I got the Active X download today though which I didnt get at all before. 

    I will have to check out the laptop I was using as a test to see what was going on.

    I have now found the fault on the laptop and a  different computer I tried.

    Do not save encrypted pages to disk was ticked in the advanced Internet options security settings. 

    With this unticked I have no problem opening or saving from live desktop.
