does crm 2013 support multiple case forms per role? RRS feed

  • Hello, I've learned based on past experience that CRM 2011 does not support multiple case forms per role. CRM will always simply open the first case form that exists in the list for the role. Does anyone here know if this limitation has changed in CRM 2013? In other words, does CRM 2013 support the ability to open different case forms for the same role in different scenarios?

  • Hi Andrew,

    CRM2011 and CRM2013 do support multiple forms per role - but the available forms will be listed in a drop down on the left hand side of the case form. You can then select the form you wish to use. When you close and re-open CRM, the previously used form will be remembered and used but this is not record specific.

    This behaviour has not changed with CRM2013.
