Hi Andrew,
CRM2011 and CRM2013 do support multiple forms per role - but the available forms will be listed in a drop down on the left hand side of the case form. You can then select the form you wish to use. When you close and re-open CRM, the previously used form will
be remembered and used but this is not record specific.
This behaviour has not changed with CRM2013.
