This is my scenario: when a customer calls in to the call center, the call center agent creates a Service Activity and assigns it to a service technician.
The problem is that if a customer calls in from the Pacific time zone and the call center agent is in the Eastern time zone, then the agent captures the time of the Service Activity based on the time in Eastern time zone. However the time
zone that the service technician is in is Pacific, so CRM is going to show an incorrect time for the service technician.
Is there any way to automate this process, and convert the time to the appropriate time based on the service technician's time zone?
