All,
I am having the issue where
certain users are getting the error message:

This is happening to some of
our users and I cannot find anything different in their CRM Outlook Client or network setup.
There
have been no changes to our network recently and here is what I have tried:
- Adding CRM URL to trusted
sites. - Changing HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient\WebAppUrl\http://HU_CRM:5555/organizationName
to the IP address- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient\WebAppUrl\http://10.100.100.227:5555/organizationName.
I
also made this change with InternetWebAppURL, InternetServerURL, and ServerURL.
- I made sure that “Use HTTP 1.1” is checked under Internet
options->advanced - Made sure that IE is not setup to use a proxy server.
I have Googled this and tried everything I have
found. Does anyone have other Ideas of what I could try? Any help would be
greatly appreciated
