New FixIt Setup Error - HELP! Can't find anyone else with this error

  Hello, I haven't found any other threads with this error.  I hope someone can help me.  I need to run this thing and I can't. 

  After downloading, when I try to run Setup for FixIt (in Vista) I get the following error dialog box:
