WHS 2011. How to localize my add-in?

  I have an application that is localized to a number of languages.

  They are installed in appropriate folders de-DE, ja-JP.

   

  In WHS 2003 all I have to do is set CultureInfo.CurrentUICulture, in new WHS 2011 this doesn't work.

  Is there way to change UI language?

   

  I also was unable to load language packs for WHS, that I suppose will change current culture for the system.
