    I have passed all certs required for MCSA, and sent over transcripts from comptia. It's been over a month how long does it take to upgrade my micosoft transcripts?

    Suggest that you contact the regional Microsoft office.  They should be able to help correct this.

    You should talk with Microsoft regional office as well as you can contact at Reputed training institute, I know one the best training institute which is Koenig Solutions, they provides MCSA Training courses with completed guidelines along with Study material.
