MC ID and Access Code - Not Received

Question
-
Hello
Last week I passed the exam 70-433 (Certification: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2008, Database Development).
Yesterday I received two emails to my address:
Subject: Congratulations on Your Microsoft Certification! Access Your Benefits {~xxxxxxx:x~}
Subject: Welcome to Microsoft Certification! Access Your Benefits in Four Steps{~xxxxxxx:x~}
Next, I go to theMicrosoft Certification Member site, and two data are required in order to log in:
MC ID
Access Code
I fill the expected fields with data provided in the subject of the two emails received, but it does not work.
Could you help me, please?

Hi.
Congratulations on passing that exam, Jordi - good job!
There can be many different reasons why you cannot log into the site. I can only guess what is wrong. Try different web browsers (IE 10 or newer is preferred). Make sure you run it as an administrator. Make sure you log out of outlook.com before logging into the MCP site. Maybe the problem is at Microsoft's end.
If you really cannot log into the site, you may want to contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center. Please use the following web page to find the contact information for help.
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/help.aspx
The page includes email and phone contact information for your geographic location so you can email or call them directly. They will help you get this figured out.
This public forum is usually monitored by fellow certified IT folks and trainers. Rarely do Microsoft employees help.
Good luck!
Best wishes, Davin Mickelson
