Error "At least the sutup user needs to be mapped before this orgainization can be imported"

Hi Folks,
I having some difficulties importing an organisation (database created in other domain) into our domain.
The error message I get says "At least the setup user needs to be mapped before this organization can be imported."
I have edited the table SystemUserbase to contain a record for the account which I'm using for the import (mydomain\administrator)
This account has SetupUser=True and AccessMode=1 IsDisabled=0
The account maps dynamically when "Edit User Mappings" form. I then map the other accounts to corresponding accounts in mydomain.
When I click on "Next" I get the previously quoted message.
Any assistance warmly welcomed.
Thanks,
Adam

Locate the Deployment Administrator of the importing database and map that user to the deployment Administrator of the new CRM server that your importing into.

may be you need to have the sql server in the same domain. else it will not obey be cross domain security.
and while importing either you make manually mapping of users and atleast map the user who is importing and that will have the administrator credentials.

Thanks but I have already seen that thread.
I said in my OP
"I have edited the table SystemUserbase to contain a record for the account which I'm using for the import (mydomain\administrator)
This account has SetupUser=True and AccessMode=1 IsDisabled=0"
Which is pretty much what this post advised and still no luck.
