Email Router Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

Our Production Email Router is working fine for incoming as well as for outgoing but we are getting error message in Event Log at every second.May be due to this there is performance issue. Some times user are unable to Save and close record(may be Async Service affected due to this error). We were expecting that installation of Rollup Update 9 would resolved the problem so we have installed Rollup Update 9 but its still giving error in event Log. We have two application server which is on NLB. and Email Router is configured only on One application Server.

Incoming and outgoing both are configured correctly as working fine except error msg in event log. When i am clicking on Load in Email Router settings, it is populating the list of user.and When click on the Test Access its showing success status for both incoming and outgoing.

    Name: <queue Name>

    Incoming Status: Succeeded

    Name: <queue Name>

    Incoming Status: Succeeded

    Server: <ip address of SMTP>

    Outgoing Status: Succeeded

Please find error msg in event log.
