Dynamics 365 CRM App for Outlook

  Hello,

  We are trying to setup Dynamics 365 CRM App for Outlook using the MS article. We completed necessary steps and some others found in the Internet as temp files, passwords removal, CRM entities properties check.

  The user is sysadmin, Outlook 2013, IFD is configured, CRM updated are installed,  CRM for Outlook (old client) is removed.

  The issue is the application constantly prompts credentials and never accepts them. What might be the reason and what to check further?
