  • MCSE certification no longer exists.  Please have a look at the following link about the new certifications for Windows Server 2008 and above

  • The MCSE 2003 still exists (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcse.aspx}.  However, its relevance is quickly fading with Server 2008.  Much of what you'll learn about Server 2008 is backwards compatable to Server 2003.

  • Note Mainstream support for Windows Server 2003 ended on July 13, 2010. Microsoft Windows 2000 Server reached the end of its product lifecycle on July 13, 2010

This makes the MCSE certification retired and not worth pursuing.

    This is not true.
