Have genuine XP Pro CD Key, but not the OEM CD. will another model's XP Pro OEM CD from the same brand work?

Question

hi,
wishing everybody a happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2009!
i have a dell latitude x300 which had XP PRO installed on it when i bought it 3 years ago. recently, it stopped working. now, i cannot find the XP PRO OEM CDs that came along with that laptop. the x300 has a holographic sticker for the XP PRO 1-2 CPU key stuck on the bottom.
i have another dell laptop - latitude d630 - for which i have the OEM CD (XP PRO only). would i be able to use the d630 CD to install XP PRO on the x300 while using the XP PE CD key off the x300? please advise.
thanks and regards.
