Windows Not Genuine Error

Question
-
I bought a new Win 7 computer and am handing down my XP model to my father. I reinstalled the OS from my Dell reinstallation CD, then installed SP3 and IE8. I then tried to install Microsoft Security Essentials and was tossed into a Genuine Windows Validation page that returned blank. But MSE would not install, giving me a message that said my Windows installation may no be genuine. How doI fix this?
Any help you can provide is appreciatred. Below is the report from the diagnostic tool.
