Small WebServer/Email Server/Video recorder

As it is a server, it should be easy to integrate those components...
A WebServer is already included, would be nice to be able to create own webpages on that more easy.
A small Email server collecting Mails from different POP3 accounts, News (Usenet) and a small SMTP engine would also be nice.
How about including a Video Recorder in it? And then have a nice streaming server
Its nothing that MS does not have somewhere...
