Question

Hi there
I purchased the Office genuine student/home package 3 weeks ago off your site and I am now starting to get messages saying that I am not using genuine software and directs me to your microsoft office site once again to purchase the required software.!
Also there is a timer message saying that office applications will be marked as counterfeit in 2 days.
I also have the "Get Genuine Office" blue star on the bottom right corner of my screen.
Before i installed the genuine software i un-installed anything that was on my pc that i thought was not genuine and then ran all microsoft xp and office updates from microsoft update site.
Can you please help me with this issue.?

Morning Tezzar,
Thank you for providing us with your Diagnostic results. Below I have captured a portion of your MGA Diagnostic Results. As you can see Office XP Professional with FrontPage is still installed on your computer. Please uninstall it and restart the computer. Next validate Office and Student 2007 and all should work fine. If not please provide us with the details.
