Account Blocked and Alternate Email Address Outdated- Cant get code RRS feed

    My hotmail account is blocked.

    I know my password.

    I am asked to enter a code to unblock my account.

    The code is to be sent to my "alternate email address" on file.

    This alternate email address is outdated and I no longer have access to it.

    How can I get the code.

    There is not an option to change my "alternate email address"

    Need the code to unblock my account ASAP!
