Change domain for CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    If I were to change the domain which CRM 2013 is installed on, what are the ways which I can change the existing configurations/settings (such as OU)?

  • You would want to back up the CRM database, reinstall CRM 2013 with your new domain credentials, then import the old database and remap the users to their new domain accounts.

    To my knowledge, that's the only way do migrate domains.
