Can't install IE9 or any other IE version

  Hi everyone,

  Some days ago i was messing up with IE (trying to uninstall it and stuff ).

  Now i want IE9 back since i keep having the message in "windows update" that every update with IE fails...

  I get the message = this operating system doenst support IE.

  I dont understand anything of it since i am able to use IE,firefox for internet

  I hope anyone can help me /tell me what diagnostics/cmd i have to run
