Validation Incomplete Error while trying to download Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP

Question
-
Hey guys, I've been having trouble trying to download the Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP. After I press the continue button to complete the validation process, I get the 0x80080293 error:
Why didn’t my machine complete validation?
Your validation may not have succeeded due to the following Internet connection issue.- The Windows Genuine Advantage Tool requires Internet access and is unable to communicate with the Microsoft validation servers.
I have tried all the solutions (ex: Turning ActiveX controls on, updating the notifier and going to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/)
When I went to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ I had gotten these results:
PassedActive scripting allowedPassedDisplay images enabledPassedComputer time and date correctPassedActiveX enabledPassedMicrosoft ActiveX controls loadingPassedActiveX controls connect with Microsoft validation serversYour computer is properly configured to run the Microsoft validation process. Click continue to try again. After I did that, I tried downloading the Windows Script 5.6 again, but still got the same error. Here is also the results from the MGAdiag:Diagnostic Report (1.5.0723.1):

Download and install the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications file directly, then restart your computer.

Can you please post the entire contents of your diagnostics tool?
It shows you're using a non-genuine copy of Office. Can you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and click Validate office and see if that runs? If so, i would suggest following the steps on that web-page.

No, I cannot go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and Validate office.
I have found out that my Office is non-genuine so I unistalled it.
After that I tried to download the Windows Script, but I still get the same error.

Perform a "clean boot", then try validating Windows.

GeneralChicken:
You can't perform validation at all? Are you able to downlod ANY files from www.download.microsoft.com?
The validation servers are connected to download.microsoft.com - so being able to connect to that address is required.

Phil:
No I cannot preform any validation.
Plus, when I try going to http://www.download.microsoft.com/ I can't connect to it.
But I can connect to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Search.aspx?displaylang=en
I could download things from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Search.aspx?displaylang=en just not the ones that require validation.
