Connecting to the internet through dial up

Hi!
I am developing an application for windows CE 5.0, in which I'm trying to connect to the internet with windows sockets through a dial up network (I connected to the internet using a phone through bluetooth). My code works fine with WLAN, but not with the dial up internet. Where should I post this question?
