Could anyone help resolve below issue for me.

The playback failed to find the control with the given search properties. Additional Details:
TechnologyName: 'MSAA'
Name: 'New Tab - Google Chrome'
ClassName: 'Chrome_WidgetWin_1'
ControlType: 'Window'
