when i try to open live one care i get the message liveone care has stopped working or is unavailable i really need help

please i need help so bad i cant download anything and this computer is really nice i'm willing to help you or givemout you

any information you need to fix this i am dieing without my games or alot of my soft ware that just rufuses to run what ever i do

If you have any other antivirus or antispyware software installed please uninstall it. If that does not help or does not apply try using the One Care antivirus repair tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2667445&SiteID=2
If the repair tool does not resolve the issue, uninstall One Care, use the install cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 then reinstall One Care.
